Once packed up from our warehouse in Central Scotland, it will be delivered in 1 to 5 business days, International deliveries can take up to 14 business days. We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.

If you have made an error entering your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form or call us on 01324 306018. If the order has already been processed, packed and collected for delivery from us, then unfortunately we cannot change the delivery address.

At this time I do not offer any samples. If you would like to try my products before you buy I recommend visiting one of the many skin clinics who stock and sell my products.
